your line of reasoning would lead one to believe the kelley guide book killed the corvaire and pinto. damaged the sale value of the ford exploder, audi 500 and toyota and not the actual circumstance. as i am sure you are aware, kelley income comes from subscriptions from libraries,vehicle dealers, money lenders and advertising and linkage fees from their website. any of the fraudulent actions which you accuse or suspect them of would damage their reputation beyond repair (corporate suicide) not that it hasn't been done (arthur andersen/ enron or standard & poors/cmo). how do you decide on the value to buy or sell a car? in the end, it is what a willing buyer will pay a motivated seller.
